Baked Fish in Wine Sauce

Ingredients

  • Fish filets - 3 lbs. (flounder, turbot, white fish)
  • Butter - 2 tbs
  • Mushrooms - ½ lb. (fresh)
  • Sour Cream - 1 c
  • Paprika - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Method

Put fish in a shallow pan and sprinkle with salt to your taste. Place in oven and allow baking at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Take out and pour off excess water from pan. Melt butter in a separate pan, add mushroom and cook until it get boil. Take out the pan from heat then add wine and sour cream. Pour this mixture over fish and sprinkle with paprika. Again keep in oven and bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Mix well and serve.
