Chicken and Red Wine Sauce

Ingredients

  • olive oil - 1 tbs
  • Garlic (minced) - 1 tbs
  • Chicken - 3 pounds (skinless, boneless)
  • Paprika - 1 tbs
  • Brown Sugar - 1 cup
  • Red Wine - 1 cup
  • Salt & Pepper - to taste

Method

Heat the oil in a large frying pan with low flame. Add minced garlic in the oil for few minutes. Then place chicken in the pan and allow it to boil for 10 minutes on either side until it becomes brown. Spray paprika and brown sugar over chicken. Pour red wine around the chicken and allow it to cook for 15-20 minutes. Finally add salt and pepper to taste
