Pineapple Cooler
Ingredients
- Pineapple Juice - 2 oz
- White Wine - 2 oz
- Powdered Sugar - ½ tbsp
- Carbonated Water
Method
Pour white wine, pineapple juice, powdered sugar and 2 oz. carbonated water in a Collins glass and mix well.
Then add ice-cubes, fill with carbonated water and stir again.
Finally garnish with an orange spiral and a lemon peel and serve.
