Wine Oven Fried Fish

Ingredients

  • Fish filets - 2 lbs
  • White Wine - 1 c. (sauterne or other)
  • Bread Crumbs - 1 c
  • Oil - 1/3 c
  • Parsley - 1 tbs (chopped)
  • Lemon - 2e
  • Salt - to taste

Method

Cut fish into small equal pieces. Dip all the pieces in wine and roll in a salted bread crumbs. Place on a baking bowl which is well oiled. Pour the remaining wine over the fish. Allow to bake at 450 degrees for over 15-20 minutes. Crown with paprika, finally sprinkle parsley and garnish with lemon quarters
