Wine Oven Fried Fish
Ingredients
- Fish filets - 2 lbs
- White Wine - 1 c. (sauterne or other)
- Bread Crumbs - 1 c
- Oil - 1/3 c
- Parsley - 1 tbs (chopped)
- Lemon - 2e
- Salt - to taste
Method
Cut fish into small equal pieces. Dip all the pieces in wine and roll in a salted bread crumbs. Place on a baking bowl which is well oiled. Pour the remaining wine over the fish. Allow to bake at 450 degrees for over 15-20 minutes. Crown with paprika, finally sprinkle parsley and garnish with lemon quarters
